If appointment is necessary for install - $12.50 fee (return trip charge if agent or homeowner does not arrive and we have to return to property to install) $12.50 return trip charge to add additional items Due to the increase in gas prices over the past year we are forced to add a temporary fuel charge of $2.50 to each install. If you need an install done on a Weekend or holiday, please call before sending over your order. Removals are also done Monday thru Friday and orders are done normally within 24-72 hours. Please note that some issues out of our control such as weather, amount of orders per day ordered, employee reliability, etc.. may cause some orders to take slightly longer. We will do our best to contact you a.s.a.p. if something may cause your install to be delayed. Any install orders that require custom signs to be made for you for communities such as Red Rock Country Club, Southern Highlands, etc... will take 7-10 days to be made and installed. |

* If you are having trouble using our website, please call us to confirm it is an issue all users are experiencing and not just
your computer. Unless we find that all our users for the day are having issues, you will charged a fee of $5 for having your
request manually entered into our system & you will not be protected for any missing items that may be a result in your
removal request being delayed. Nor will you be eligible for any discount for delayed install orders. The only reason we do this
is because when request are not made thru the website, there is no electronic proof for both your records & ours, showing
exact time & date request was made which is important if an issue comes up of a delayed order or rental property missing
due to being left on site to long. Unfortunately some customers are to lazy to use the website and would rather call it in.
Because of this, we have had issues where post are no longer at the property for us to remove due to them being left on site
to long and with no electronic proof for the customer, they are responsible for replacing the missing items. Then it becomes
an issue of who's right, who's wrong. With the electronic proof for both of us, we can see who is truly responsible for the
missing items. So in theory, this is more of a benefit for the customer rather then us. So please submit ALL install & removal
request thru the website. After you hit submit, you can print the page it takes you to as it gives you the time & date of your
request. Please note you must have Java installed & activated on your computer to use this site correctly.
