New Agent Registration Page

Please fill in the following info and submit to us for registration.  You will receive an email
confirming your info is now registered in our database.  
We are now offering 2 types of services.  Standard Service is our normal install service
program.  Your orders will be handle as described on our website.  
Priority Service customers
will receive an email after each order or removal request has been placed.  This will confirm with
you that your request has been received by us and in that email you will get an estimated idea of
when your request will be completed.  You will then also receive a follow-up email after we have
completed your request.  This way if you have flyers to drop off at the site or need to contact the
home owner, you will know it has been taken care of.  
All Priority Service customers will be
charged an extra
$2.50 per order for this additional service.   
If you do not want to send over your credit card info by this form, you may call our office anytime - 396-3203
Your card will only be put on file for past due orders.  We will not charge your card for installs unless you call
us to tell us to charge your card.  You will recieve a statement each month in which you can either pay with a
check or notify us to pay with your card on file.  If your accounts becomes more then 60 days past due, we will
charge your card on file for the past due amounts.  An invoice will be emailed showing charges applied to your
card.  We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express. .

Once you have submitted your info, you may start placing orders right away. If we need to pick up signs from
your office, please let us know and we will come by and pick those up for no charge.
